How do I restore my subscription?

Open WisdomSay, go to the Profile tab, tap Settings, then tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription will be restored automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find WisdomSay, and tap Cancel Subscription.

The daily proverb didn't update. What should I do?

The daily proverb refreshes at midnight in your local time zone. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your data. If you need help, email us.

Can I use WisdomSay offline?

Offline mode is coming in a future update. Currently, an internet connection is required to load proverbs and sync your progress.
